Anil Sawhney, Founder
Anil Sawhney founded Aksai Creations in 1982 amidst a surge in hotel openings due to the Asian Games in New Delhi. Recognizing the demand for quality hospitality products, he began manufacturing high-quality service trays for major hotel chains like The Indian Hotels Company Limited, EIH, and ITC.
Catering to specific needs, he expanded into customized products, boosting business due to high import duties. In the early 1990s, he started trading in customized stoneware and crockery, serving clients like The Taj, Hyatt, and Oberoi Group.
With economic liberalization in 1991, Aksai began catering to international brands such as Marriott and IHG. Today, Aksai specializes in complete hospitality solutions, offering a wide range of top-quality products.
